About the Role
This is a pivotal Senior Brand Manager role with Shopper expertise, leading the development of brand and shopper marketing strategies that influence behaviours and convert shoppers into buyers across multiple channels.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment between brand, customers and shopper activation, enhancing Diageo's shopper understanding and translating insights into award-winning campaigns.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Experience in marketing, shopper marketing, customer marketing or trade marketing roles.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver transformational business results through innovative shopper campaigns.
* Experience in managing senior stakeholders and building strong, trusted relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the creation and execution of integrated shopper marketing programs tailored to priority channels (e.g., grocery, convenience, e-commerce, B2B, on-trade).
2. Define channel blueprints and growth driver prioritisation to ensure impactful activation standards.
3. Brief and manage agencies to deliver fit-for-purpose shopper marketing tools on time and within budget.
4. Develop and implement robust measurement and evaluation frameworks to track behavioural change and financial outcomes.
