Key responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daily guest experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and high-quality service.
2. Train and support front-of-house teams to enhance guest interactions.
3. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and reception teams to uphold operational standards.
4. Elevate F&B offerings targeted to our key demographic to bring unique and engaging F&B experiences to the hostel.
5. Plan, organise, and manage in-house events, ensuring they align with the hostel’s brand and culture.
6. Develop strategic partnerships with lifestyle brands as well as community groups to enhance guest experiences.
7. Source and manage external vendors, entertainment, and promotional collaborations.
8. Track event performance and ensure continuous improvement for future activities.
9. Ensure all events and partnerships align with the company’s values and goals.
10. Develop and execute creative communication stunts to promote Clink with events and partnerships.
11. Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and travel platforms to enhance visibility.
12. Monitor performance and provide data-driven insights to improve campaigns.
