Due to further expansion, EZ Living Interiors is seeking a Junior Office Administrator to join our head office team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised person with strong administrative skills. This role will be a multi-departmental role which in turn will offer the successful candidate a broad range of experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate the main phone line and direct calls in a professional, efficient and timely manner.
* Greeting visitors and staff members in a positive and friendly manner.
* Organise and maintain appropriate filing and record-keeping, ready for auditing and inspection at all times.
* Respond to and resolve queries from stores promptly.
* Monitor incoming emails and respond in a professional, efficient and timely manner.
* Assist Purchasing, Accounts, Logistics and other head office departments with overflow administrative tasks.
* Carrying out general ad-hoc administration and office maintenance duties.
The Candidate
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Highly motivated and capable of working on their initiative.
* Proven IT skills, MS Word/Excel/Outlook essential.
* Excellent organisational and self-management skills with the ability to manage a variety of tasks within a busy environment & to specific time frames.
* Superior communication skills.
* Ability to work in a pressurised environment & with individuals at all levels of the business.
