Responsibilities:
1. Greet guests in a polite and friendly manner
2. Anticipate guests' needs and ensure that service is exceptional
3. Work with the Front Office team to complete the tasks for the day
4. Handle any guest concerns or complaints in a professional manner
5. Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
6. The shifts will include weekend work. This is a part-time role
The ideal candidate for this position:
1. A minimum of 1 year of previous Hotel Reception experience
2. Previous Hotsoft knowledge is desirable
3. Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
4. Professional demeanor and excellent grooming standards
5. Professional telephone manner
6. Ability to cope well under pressure
