The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth office operations and maintaining high standards of efficiency. Key Responsibilities: ManageThesaurus PayrollandRelevant Contracts Tax (RCT)processes (training can be provided). Assist the accountant withVAT return preparationand reporting. Oversee administrative tasks, including the organization and management ofGoogle Drivefiles, spreadsheets, and documents. Coordinate daily office activities and maintain a high level of organization. Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with company procedures and standards. What Were Looking For: Proven experience in office management, preferably in a construction or similar fast-paced environment. Proficiency in payroll systems and financial reporting is a plus (training provided for Thesaurus Payroll and RCT). Familiarity withGoogle Workspace(Drive, Sheets, Docs) and other office software. Excellent organisational and communication skills. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
