This leading Property Development company is seeking an Office Administrator to join their dynamic team in Dublin 14. Reporting to the Office Manager: Key Responsibilities: Diary management for Senior Management, including scheduling project meetings and coordinating appointments. Handling incoming calls, managing phone enquiries, and making calls on behalf of directors. Organising documents for signatures and sealing of building agreements, contracts, and closing documents. General office support tasks such as printing, binding, and organising documents. Managing credit card purchases, payments, and petty cash reconciliation. Booking company seminars, training courses, events, and briefings. Event and travel management for staff. Key Skills and Requirements: 1-2 years in an administrative or office support role. Proven diary management experience. Proficiency in handling phone enquiries and managing multiple administrative tasks. Essential skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word. Strong Communication Skills: Professional handling of calls and liaison with multiple teams. Excellent Organisational Skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. High level of accuracy in document preparation and data entry. Discretion in handling sensitive information. Proactive & Team-Oriented Willingness to support different departments as needed.
