Job Synopsis
The University of Limerick is seeking a skilled Mechanical & Electrical Services Engineer to join its Technical Services Division of the Buildings & Estates Department. This role is essential in ensuring the effective operation, maintenance, and ongoing development of campus mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems. Working within a live campus environment, the successful candidate will play a key role in the planned preventative maintenance (PPM) of critical building services while also providing technical support for both small and major capital projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and specialist contractors to ensure high standards of safety, compliance, and efficiency across the University's infrastructure.
The Mechanical and Electrical Services Engineer shall assist the Technical Services Engineer with ongoing work in the following areas, as assigned to them from time to time.
