Our pharmaceutical client based in North Dublin seeks an HR Specialist for a 6-month onsite contract. The ideal candidate will oversee the coordination, management, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage ongoing HR administration across talent acquisition, resourcing, onboarding/offboarding, talent management & development, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, human resources information systems, and compensation and benefits
* Coordinate employee induction and onboarding/offboarding processes
* Contribute to monthly payroll and support the resolution of payroll issues
* Utilize HRIS systems – Workday, Kronos, Visier
* Update HR data reports
* Maintain an accurate, audit-compliant job documentation system, ensuring relevant job descriptions exist for all active roles
* Evaluate HR policies and procedures for compliance with company and employment law
* Support HR projects and initiatives
Required Experience and Skills:
* At least 2 years of experience in HR, ideally
* A third-level qualification in HR Management
* Proficiency in Microsoft packages
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
