A permanent Site Manager is being sought to join the Civil Engineering team, with a new project set to commence in the North Antrim/Derry area.
Your New Role
This position requires an organized individual with previous management experience on civil schemes, preferably within engineering, groundworks, or civils.
You will oversee site workings, controlling budgets, forecasting, and programming works, as well as managing subcontractors and client demands.
Excellent communication skills are necessary, with a proven track record of maintaining positive working relationships.
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years' management experience is required, ideally with a degree in Civil or Construction Management.
However, applicants with alternative educational paths are encouraged to apply.
Experience on high-value, heavy civils projects is viewed favorably.
