The Team Lead (TL) is responsible for the daily operation and productivity of the assigned team and project to ensure all activities are completed in accordance with company policies, as well as all procedures/guidelines specified by the customer. Day to Day Responsibilities: Manage a team of successful Sales Consultants; Provide ongoing coaching, training and feedback; Delegate tasks effectively; Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment; Oversee productivity and workflow of assigned team.
