**Role:** Dutch speaking Customer Service Representative
You will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries or concerns.
Responsibilities:
* Interact with customers via phone, email to provide assistance and address their inquiries and concerns.
* Listen actively to customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
* Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
* Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.
* Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with customers, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
* Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Fluent in English and in Dutch.
* Empathy and the ability to understand and address customers' needs and concerns.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
* A positive and friendly attitude, with a customer-centric approach.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
