Contract Term:12-month fixed term Purpose of RoleThe Corporate Partnerships Development Executive will assist the execution of a corporate fundraising strategy to secure financial and in-kind support from corporate partners.
The role involves identifying new corporate prospects, maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, and ensuring fundraising targets are met through innovative and strategic approaches
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery of TargetsHelp build, develop and maintain the organisation's corporate strategyDeliver on monthly, quarterly and annual income targets for assigned portfolioSecure new corporate partnerships Achieve set financial targets from corporate partnerships Increase corporate renewal rate within assigned accounts by 20% year-on-yearGrow overall corporate fundraising income by 20% annuallyTrack and report on progress towards meeting SMART targets on a monthly/quarterly basis, providing regular performance updates to corporate partnerships manager Planning & ImplementationPlan and execute the corporate portfolio strategy to ensure all opportunities are explored to raise funds from corporate ventures, trusts and foundationsMaintain, plan and monitor fundraising opportunity pipeline within the CRM system to enhance and support the strategic corporate portfolioWork with various stakeholders to identify, develop and communicate support channels for the charityDevelop, monitor and promote an engagement plan to build and maintain relationshipsResponsible for leads and prospect follow-up generated by other channels, support and report activities through the CRM databaseEffectively engage with funders, secure support and grow income from a range of sourcesNurture and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective funders through good communication and monitoring methodsMaintain accurate database files relating to the portfolio, develop dashboards and reports and upload all supporter data in a timely mannerEnsure all funds received are recorded on information management system and that acknowledgement letters are issued in a timely manner Complete research on existing and potential corporate, foundations and evaluate and report on results and potential opportunities to line manager Prospect PipelineDonor Stewardship & EngagementDevelop and execute a donor stewardship plan for corporate partners to ensure consistent engagement and recognitionManage relationships with corporate partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and continued supportOrganise events and engagement opportunities to thank corporate donors and demonstrate the impact of their contributionsReporting and AnalysisMaintain accurate records of all corporate fundraising activities and communications in CRMPlan and execute the corporate portfolio strategy to ensure all opportunities are explored to raise funds from corporate ventures, trusts and foundationsWork with various stakeholders to identify, develop and communicate support channels for the charityDevelop, monitor and promote an engagement plan to build relationshipsDevelop and contribute to the forecasting of income and expenditureReport against activity metrics in line with departmental and organisational plansLiaise with the Fundraising team and volunteers to assist and advise the organisation in the continued development of IGDB's fundraising strategyAwareness of legislation and codes of practice in terms of fundraising and marketing requirementsComplete research on existing and potential corporate, foundations and evaluate and report on results and potential opportunities to line manager Analyse campaigns and events in terms of overall performance and feedback to ensure improvements are actionedProvide advice and content for grant and non-grant related funding applications Create and promote applications for funding when necessaryFundraising: GeneralValues and Behaviours IGDB places great emphasis on how people get the job done.
