We are seeking an experienced and organized Service Desk Administrator to join our growing team in Cork City.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
* Log and book maintenance and repairs efficiently
* Manage a busy email inbox and answer phone calls from clients and engineers
* Complete project reports and liaise with the Accounts department for invoicing
* Collaborate with other team members and management
