As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a Creative Strategist to lead the charge on ad creative ideation, creative strategy, and optimization for our DTC clients.
Who We’re Looking For
We want someone who lives and breathes performance creative—someone who obsesses over static ad trends, UGC angles, and direct-response marketing. If you’re always on the lookout for what’s working in Meta & TikTok Ads, hunting for new hooks, angles, and creative formats, and constantly testing and iterating, this role is for you.

Your Role & Responsibilities
1. Creative Ideation & Strategy
2. Develop high-converting ad concepts, hooks, and angles for DTC brands on Meta & TikTok.
3. Research and analyze competitor ads, top-performing creative trends, and consumer psychology to fuel new creative ideas.
4. Build systematic creative testing frameworks to validate winning ad angles and eliminate poor performers.
5. Write structured, detailed creative briefs for designers, video editors, and UGC creators to execute.
6. Work closely with media buyers to ensure creatives are aligned with the ad account structure and strategy.
7. Scripting and storyboarding for video ads, ensuring each ad has strong hooks, engagement drivers, and conversion triggers.
8. Act as the bridge between the internal creative team and the client, ensuring seamless communication and execution of creative strategy.
9. Lead internal meetings with designers, copywriters, and media buyers to align creative strategy with campaign goals.
10. Provide clear feedback and direction to internal teams on ad iterations, creative approvals, and client requests.
11. Present creative insights, trend analysis, and performance breakdowns to clients, explaining what’s working, what’s next, and why.
12. Coordinate creative approvals with clients—gathering feedback, managing revisions, and ensuring final creatives meet expectations.
13. Stay proactive in identifying creative gaps—ensuring we are always testing and optimizing rather than just reacting.
14. Monitor emerging ad trends, messaging styles, and viral formats across Meta & TikTok.
15. Document & share creative learnings internally to improve overall team strategy.
16. Be proactive in suggesting creative opportunities for our DTC brands, always bringing fresh ideas to the table.
17. Work with UGC creators to source and manage content production.
18. Partner with designers and video editors to ensure high-quality ad creatives.
19. Maintain brand consistency while ensuring every ad creative is optimized for direct-response performance.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
1. 1-2 years experience in a performance marketing or creative strategy role, preferably in a DTC e-commerce paid ads agency.
2. Deep knowledge of Meta & TikTok Ads—you understand what makes an ad convert.
3. Strong project management skills—you can coordinate creative efforts between multiple teams and clients.
4. Proven track record of creative performance—you’ve developed winning ad concepts that increased CTRs & ROAS.
5. Strong copywriting skills—you can craft ad headlines, captions, and scripts that drive action.
6. Experience briefing designers and video editors—you know how to turn ideas into high-converting static & video creatives.
7. Proactive, independent, and resourceful—you bring ideas, test them, and own your results.
8. Understanding of direct-response marketing and consumer psychology—you know why people buy.
9. Have worked on high-spending ad accounts with structured creative testing methodologies.
10. Have experience with DTC brands in fitness, beauty, apparel, or supplements.
