Associate Director, Asset Servicing - Audit Service
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Audit Services team in Limerick or Dublin. As a key senior position within the global Audit Services organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight of the Asset Servicing audit team.

The Role:
* Implementing the target operating model: You will implement the target operating model in line with the Audit Service Group objectives and methodologies.

* Ensuring effective operations: You will ensure Audit Services operations are effective and well controlled.
* Managing direct reports: You will manage a number of Direct Reports.
* Quality work papers: You will ensure work paper quality, thoroughness, accuracy, and timeliness.
* Operational efficiencies: You will recommend or develop operational efficiencies.
* Presentation skills: You will produce and deliver presentations to assist with understanding root causes of control gaps, industry trends, peer practices, etc.
* Vital relationships: You will build and maintain vital relationships with the business, operational, and corporate teams.
Requirements:
* Proven assurance experience: Proven assurance experience gained within internal audit, external audit, monitoring or testing functions in a financial institution, regulator, or consulting environment.
* Data analytics: Experience in the collation and use of data analytics is advantageous.
* Communication skills: Proven communication skills, both written and oral.
* Audit workpaper applications: Experience with audit workpaper applications is advantageous.
* Adaptability: Ability to adapt and react positively in a changing and dynamic work environment while delivering to tight deadlines.
* Relationship building: Ability to develop relationships with diverse groups and various levels of personnel.
* Autonomy: Ability to work autonomously and make sound business judgments in resolving routine and more complex issues.
* Business judgment: Flexibility, multi-tasking, creative thinking, and good business judgment skills are required to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple projects.
* Professional certifications: Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA, ACAMS) preferable but not mandatory.

Salary: €80,000 - €100,000 per annum.
