2. You will deliver and manage project plans from project inception/brief, through design development and planning, contractor procurement, and construction phase in accordance with the overall delivery program and agreed project milestones.
3. You will manage tasks and associated deliverables in support of senior project managers and other leaders, alongside the wider project and client teams, to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of the project.
4. Examinations of planning issues and matters will be required throughout the project with regards to third party engagements and in a number of cases separate planning applications will need to be made which may either be promoted by the landowner, with oversight from the client, or by the client directly depending on the subject matter.
5. The terms and conditions of a confirmed railway order will need to be complied with once received and management and co-ordination will be required across the project team and with the planning and environmental division of AL good body.
6. Asset protection - project will need to develop a more robust review process in relation to planning applications lodged within the route corridor. A planning discipline, combined with support from technical leads, is required to monitor, support and engage with the NTA, as the statutory consultee, in generating responses to submissions during the remaining consenting phase and delivery phase of the project.
7. Assisting TII in identifying and implementing alternative sources of funding and financing including development levies, airport fare studies, airport contribution, land value capture.

You'll need to have:
1. More than 10 years' experience in the Irish property market.
2. A recognised degree in property economics/surveying and be a chartered surveyor.
3. Completion of 'The Compulsory Purchase Professional Development Programme'.
You'll also have:
1. Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
2. Substantial experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the metro/rail sector.
3. Property or infrastructure project management expertise.
4. Commercial and financial acumen.
5. Experience of leading parts of projects within large, diverse teams.
6. Experience of developing and forming relationships with senior stakeholders.
7. Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
