Hotel Talent are looking to hear from experienced Bar Managers who are looking to develop and grow. The focus of the role is on managing the team and driving customer service.
Previous experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager is required, ideally with hotel experience.
As a Bar Manager, you will be up to date on the drinks industry and cocktail market, and be able to create new drink options.
Experience in managing a team is required.
Knowledge of managing stocks, profit margins, etc., is essential.
A good understanding of food and food service is also necessary.
