Grade IV Administrator
This role is based in Dublin West and is a 6-12 month temporary contract with potential to extend. You will work Monday to Friday onsite from 9am-5pm.

About the Role
As a Grade IV Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting daily operations and ensuring efficient service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Performing a range of administrative tasks to support team and organisational goals.
2. Managing correspondence and managing systems such as Microsoft Office and Outlook effectively.
3. Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and deadlines.
4. Prioritising tasks, managing workloads, and maintaining accuracy under pressure.
5. Providing excellent customer service and adapting to changing demands.
6. Collaborating with colleagues and working both independently and as part of a team.
7. Identifying and solving problems while making informed decisions.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
* Strong organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
* SAP Experience essential and proficiency in systems including Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
* Ability to follow established policies and procedures while meeting deadlines.

* Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work.
* A team-oriented mindset with the capability to work independently when required.
