HR Business Partner
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist or Business Partner to join our client's team in the Limerick region. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of HR and support diverse business units and management teams across the organisation with their HR needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead employee engagement and cultural initiatives
* Resolve HR queries
* Support external recruitment and internal talent moves
* Implement HR change projects
* Prepare HRIS information packs
* Provide oversight on training/L&D
Requirements:
* Third-level degree qualified or higher in HR, business studies, or a related discipline
* 3-4+ years' experience in a HR Generalist, HP BP, or similar level role
* Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft applications (Excel)
* Excellent attention to detail, inter-personal, and engagement skills
What We Offer:
This is a maternity leave contract with a minimum duration of 12 months. Salary will depend on candidate skills and experience but is expected to be approximately €65k + benefits and completion bonus.
This role will be a hybrid mix of 2 days office-based/3 days remote, making it suitable for candidates based outside the immediate Limerick city region.
