Join Our Product Engineering Team
We are seeking highly-talented QA Engineers to be part of our journey as we continue to innovate and push boundaries in the Quality Assurance and Customer Service industries.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure legal compliance and consistency across the organization.
2. Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related issues, including conflict resolution, employee development, and organizational changes.
3. Partner with leadership to develop workforce planning strategies, employee retention programs, and talent development initiatives.
4. Ensure that mandatory and other training are efficiently organised and delivered.
5. Gather employee feedback and provide routine reporting of metrics in relation to staff.
6. Lead and support initiatives to promote employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
7. To be a member of the management team and assist in strategy planning and implementation.
Requirements
* 3 years+ experience in a HR management role.
* Strong knowledge of HR and Health and Safety laws and regulations, as well as best practices in HR management.
* Prior experience in the technology or SaaS sector is an advantage.
* 3rd level qualification in HR or related discipline.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
