Role Profile One of our longest serving clients is expanding its Cork manufacturing facility, and is looking to double their production of critical imaging agents used to diagnose three patients every second.
We're seeking a seasoned Lead Cost Controller with experience managing Capital projects, to play a key role in this multi-million euro expansion.
Reporting to the Program Manager, you'll own all aspects of project cost control, from budgeting and forecasting to risk analysis and reporting.
Your expertise will ensure the successful delivery of this vital project.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead cost reporting, forecasting, and analysis.Manage project budget, risk, and change.Implement the Project Controls Plan.Collaborate with finance on invoicing and procurement.Drive cost optimization and value improvement.Proactively identify and escalate cost risks.Experience you'll need Engineering/Business qualification + 10+ years' experience in Capital Projects Cost Control (pharmaceutical preferred).Deep understanding of capital project agreements.ERP system (SAP, Agora) experience.What's on offer The client is willing to offer an initial 12-month contract, with a view to keeping the individual on for the remainder of the project as it progresses past this point.
This role is fully on-site 5 days per week near Cork, Ireland.
