Fitzwilliam Lawn Tennis Club is looking for a qualified and experienced chef, for the position of Junior Sous Chef, to work as part of the kitchen team in their fully refurbished restaurant, bar & function space.
The successful applicant will be a qualified chef with experience in fine dining within quality establishments.
You must show enthusiasm and be willing to learn quickly as well as being a fluent English speaker.
The role requires food preparation in accordance with recipes and requirements as determined by the Head Chef, ensuring food is of the highest possible standard, while maintaining hygiene and HACCP standards at all times.
