Role:
Working in the area of Laboratory Diagnostic Solutions to Healthcare Clients (Hospitals) you will Manage all the Training & Support for the roll-out of new Devices. This will involve running detailed Product Training Programmes for Healthcare Professionals in the Hospitals across the 32 Counties of Ireland.
Duties:
10. Be proficient in Training and demonstrating Clinical Diagnostic equipment and consumables to a wide range of health professional
11. Work closely with the Clinical Diagnostics Manager to ensure all training projects are delivered professionally in a timely manner
12. Ensure effective sales coverage of all Hospitals, Public and Private in Ireland including the Dublin, Cork and Galway areas
13. Support to the existing Clinical Diagnostic sales team, including activities in training and customer support/development as necessary to meet short term and strategic objectives
14. Keep all documentation up to date including Training competency documents, audit documents and all other relevant documents pertaining to the specific projects the candidate will be involved in
15. Initiation of technical support or manufacturing support to achieve same objectives
16. Reporting to the Clinical Diagnostic Manager and working closely with the other sales team both internal and external
Customers: Laboratory / Pathology Managers; Medical Technician; Medical Consultants and Nurses; Phlebotomy / Infection Control Managers
Experience:
17. Bachelor's degree in a Science or Nursing discipline
18. Ideally One Years Plus in Training / Support / Sales
19. A background in Clinical Diagnostics Systems / Laboratory Equipment
20. Driving License
