We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Administration Support Grade III to join our team in CH08 Meath CDNT 5 Navan/Slane Contract Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Hours: 35 hours per week Salary Scale: €26,606 to €42,805 pro rata per annum. Salary scales are subject to LSI's (Long Service Increments). Annual Leave Entitlement: 30 days pro rata per annum and proportionately less for less than 12 months service. Overview of the Post: To work closely with members of the interdisciplinary team, other members of the administration team and other managers as appropriate, providing comprehensive administration support as required. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Outlook (a skills test will be conducted prior to any formal offer) Experience of reception duties and interacting with members of the public. Desirable Criteria: Experience of working with Healthcare Database Software or similar system Experience of audio typing.
