A Cloud Support Engineer with Amazon Web Services (AWS) will be at the forefront of transformational technology, assisting global companies and developers leveraging AWS services. As a Cloud Ambassador, you will provide required tools and tactics to maximize customer investment in cloud products and support.

Requirements
* Fluency in Mandarin
* Bachelor's degree or experience in a Technical Customer Service role
* Monitoring and/or Troubleshooting of: OS Administration (Linux/Windows), Network Essentials (TCP/IP) and Internet Fundamentals
* Experience with Networking and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, firewalls, LAN/WAN, traceroute, iperf, dig, cURL or related)
* Experience in Cloud computing (AWS, Azure, OpenStack)
* Experience with System Administration
* Experience with Network troubleshooting tools
* Experience with Cloud services/Cloud deployments
