Role: Rewards Specialist
About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Rewards Specialist to deliver on both business-as-usual objectives and key Reward projects, ensuring that Reward & Benefits policies and practices align with our Company strategy and best market practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the design and implementation of the Total Reward strategy, policies, programmes, and processes.
* Run the Annual Reward Review process in accordance with Reward Strategy and Divisional business requirements.
* Counsel and support HRBPs and Line Managers to enhance their understanding and support of the Reward policies and agenda.
* Continuously review and enhance relevant policy and process documentation to facilitate effective delivery of Reward services to the business.
* Perform assigned reward benchmarking activities (including salary & benefit surveys, salary positioning) to high standards.
* Manage the benefit enrolment process and ensure accuracy for Payroll processing to deliver the highest quality of service to our employees.
* Analysis and Insights is a key responsibility, including identifying emerging needs of the business and providing insights and recommendations to deliver solutions through the Reward Team.
Requirements:
* 3 years' experience as a Reward professional in a large organisation, or in a consulting capacity.
* Strong operational understanding of Total Reward policies and programmes.
* Excellent analytical, communications, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to use expertise to develop innovative solutions that add value to the business.
* Experience in Vendor Management and Benefit administration.
