We are looking for a Talent Specialist to join our Life Science recruitment delivery team supporting our clients in their recruitment.
This role is focused on ensuring we delivery on our client needs every time, finding the niche talent they need in the time they need it. We require an experienced Life Science recruiter who can proactively source, attract and engage with Life Science talent across the areas such as Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Project Management, and Accounting.
In this role you will be partnering with our internal client services team to work as a team to deliver candidates for our clients. As an experienced Talent Specialist we are looking for someone to bring their expertise to our team. In this role you will be working with hiring teams to understand job descriptions & role briefs. At times you may be required to attend client meetings to give market insights in the area that you recruit in.
A key element of this role is sourcing, attracting and engaging talent for our client. We are keen to hear from people who are passionate about candidates and finding the best candidate for the role. We do require all candidates to have a strong sourcing/recruiting background.
Key Responsibilities
1. Working collaboratively with our client services team and onsite talent acquisition teams to define hiring needs and timelines for niche pharmaceutical hiring.
2. Building out strategic sourcing project plans to meet our client’s requirements and their Irish go to market branding to attract the acquired talent.
3. Have a deep understanding of our client’s employee value proposition and develop a go to market narrative to attract talent.
4. Proactively engage talent and continually build talent pools to meet our clients’ needs
5. Screen and technically access candidates to ensure they are meeting the clients needs & personal competencies as well as being a culture fit.
6. Manage the candidate through the screening process, prepping them for their interviews and offer process.
7. Provide a superior candidate experience throughout the full requirement journey
Requirements for this role
8. 2+ years’ experience in recruitment/ talent delivery
9. Passionate about attracting, sourcing and engaging with highly niche and experienced candidates
10. Experience with Pharmaceutical/Life Science recruitment, ability to assess and interview candidates, giving our clients a good overview of a candidates ability in relation to their requirements.
11. Proven track record or meeting delivery SLA’s & KPI’s
12. Demonstrates the flexibility and adaptability to be successful in a changing environment.
13. Excellent communication skills and an ability to engage and connect with people.
14. A keen interest in the talent industry and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
15. Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.
