We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to manage a wide range of administrative tasks and provide essential support to our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing office operations, offering Recruitment support, managing digital marketing content, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities. Responsibilities
Admin and Operations:
• Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup, system training, and deactivation of accounts.
• Provide administrative support, including report generation and scheduling meetings.
• Organise and manage probation meetings.
• Generate and analyse activity reports, including conducting trend analysis.
• Serve as the point of contact (POC) for internal and external systems, raising tickets with service providers when needed, and resolving internal issues.
• Manage leave, absence tracking, and administration of benefits and incentives.
• Manage email accounts and provide general administrative support to the Managing Director, including handling meeting agendas.
Recruitment Support:
• Post job advertisements using the ATS system, track applications, source candidates from job boards (including LinkedIn Recruiter), screen candidates, and schedule interviews.
Office Management:
• Oversee office supplies, set up workstations, manage inbound calls, and coordinate events when required.
Digital Marketing:
• Create, manage, and schedule LinkedIn content.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence.
Requirements:
• 2+ years experience in office administration or a related field.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with digital marketing and social media management is a plus.
