As a Mobile Mortgage Manager, you will be responsible for generating and converting leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving mortgage sales across your designated region.
Key Responsibilities: Drive mortgage sales through proactive lead generation, client engagement, and relationship management.
Provide expert mortgage advice to new and existing customers, guiding them through the end-to-end home buying journey.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects using both company-generated leads and self-sourced referrals.
Deliver tailored mortgage solutions aligned to customers financial goals and current lending criteria.
Work closely with branch colleagues, financial advisors, and external partners to maximise referral opportunities.
Ensure all applications are compliant with regulatory requirements and internal processes.
Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity at all customer touchpoints.
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
Requirements: Proven track record in mortgage sales or a similar financial advisory role.
QFA qualification is essential; additional certifications (e.g.
APA in Housing Loans) are desirable.
Strong understanding of the Irish mortgage market, regulatory landscape, and lending practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work independently while managing your own diary.
Flexibility to travel within a designated territory and occasionally work evenings/weekends to meet customer needs.
Proficiency in digital tools and CRM systems.
