Marketing Executive
Artemis Human Capital is assisting a leading manufacturer in recruiting a Marketing Executive.
Role and Responsibilities
You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop creative, full-funnel campaigns. From strategy to execution, you will be hands-on at every step.
Campaign Development & Execution
* Assist in shaping the marketing strategy to meet overarching goals.
* Plan, manage, and execute multi-channel campaigns that engage and convert audiences.
* Analyse the target market to recommend the most effective channels for engagement.
Develop creative briefs and collaborate with designers, content creators, and external agencies to produce high-quality assets. Manage media partnerships and ad placements across digital and traditional channels, ensuring consistent branding.
Work closely with our digital marketing and social media teams to launch campaigns seamlessly.
Analytics & Optimization
Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI. Analyse consumer journeys, segment audiences, and test different approaches to improve conversion rates.
Evaluate success using data-driven insights and refine strategies accordingly.
Brand Stewardship
Serve as the guardian of our visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Challenge creative standards where needed to push our brand forward. Provide regular reports to measure performance against KPIs.
Requirements
A degree in Marketing (or equivalent experience). Proven success managing multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable results.
Strong interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate everyone from warehouse staff to senior leadership.
