MCS Group are delighted to be recruiting for a Sales Consultant to join a fast-growing, award-winning SaaS company who are revolutionising the way assessments are managed and delivered.
Your Role: As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities.
Reporting directly to the Head of Growth, you will work closely with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Services, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions to senior audiences.
Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of sales opportunities and meet associated revenue targets.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with the company's strategy.
Identify, nurture, and close deals through consultative selling and relationship building.
Lead tendering processes and collaborate with Pre-Sales Solution Consultants to deliver high-quality proposals.
Accurately record all sales activities in the CRM and report on progress.
Attend and present at industry events.
What We're Looking For: 3-5 years of experience in SaaS B2B sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Strong consultative sales skills, with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders.
Exceptional proposal writing and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
Knowledge of software implementation or consultancy services is an advantage.
Strong collaboration and organisational skills, with a self-starter mindset.
Passion for technology and innovation, with proficiency in office applications.
