AuxiliaGroup Recruitment is seeking a Business Development candidate for our client, an established company in the communications sector. The opportunity is permanent and based in Dublin.
Role:
* Develop and execute business development strategies that align with the company’s long-term growth objectives.
* Identify new markets and business opportunities within client sectors.
* Drive new client acquisition by building strong relationships with potential clients.
* Develop existing relationships and work to expand service offerings, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
* Play an integral part of the leadership team, contributing to company strategy, decision-making, and company culture.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategies.
* Lead the development of customized proposals and presentations for key clients. Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing high-value deals.
Requirements:
* A proven track record of at least 4 years in business development.
* Business development experience within B2B a requirement
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business plans.
* Demonstrated success in driving sales and growing revenue, with a data-driven approach to performance tracking and decision-making.
* Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
