Description
The Twisel Lodge, located in Holywood, Co. Down, is a residential home providing services for 8 adults with Learning Disabilities and associated complex needs.
As a Team Leader, you will be part of the management team supporting the Registered Manager to meet Residential Care Homes Regulations and Minimum Standards.
Responsibilities
* Supporting residents with learning disabilities and associated complex needs
* Coordinating provision of personal care and support
* Supervising staff and meeting statutory regulations

Requirements
* GCSE Maths and English A*-C or equivalent
* Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or relevant equivalent
* Two years' experience in social care settings
* Experience in supervising staff and coordinating personal care
* Working knowledge of learning and physical disabilities
* High level of competency in IT
