Junior Service Advisor

About the Role:
* Schedule customer vehicle service bookings via phone, email, and walk-in appointments.
* Determine workshop availability for service, maintenance, and repair work.
* Meet and greet customers professionally and promptly.
* Verify customer details, service needs, and record information accurately in systems.
* Maintain up-to-date progress of customer vehicles undergoing service and/or repair.
* E nsure customer vehicles are ready at agreed times and explain maintenance and report work completed.
* Liaise with other teams, including management, reception, sales, warranty, and parts.
* Assist with gathering customer service feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional front-line customer service.
* Utilize strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, particularly during peak periods.
* Work independently or as part of a small team.
* Be flexible in approach to work.
* Hold a full, valid, current driving license for Ireland.
* If applicable, possess a current work permit for Ireland.
