Job Summary: Project Quantity Surveyor, Midwest RegionReporting to the Project Manager with a dotted line to the Head of Commercial & Estimating; the successful candidate will gain full training and excellent exposure across the entire spectrum of Electric Skyline's Projects.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, confident, and highly motivated with good communication skills and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
The candidate must also be able to work to deadlines and possess a very high level of I.T.
and reporting skills.
Responsibilities:Compile estimations, bills of quantities, and quotations for ProjectsObtain quotations from Suppliers & Sub-contractorsManage & Track quotations issued to Clients via our CRM System (full training provided)Subcontract management including payment claim assessmentCompile Interim Progress Claim Valuations and Final Accounts to ClientsCompile & substantiate Variations and Extension of Time Claims to ClientsCost reportingAssist with the compilation of Tender submissions for large ProjectsAssist with large Contract Management and AdministrationInteract with the company team to maximise project & financial management, procurement, production, and strategiesThe above statements are intended to describe the essential responsibility of the person assigned to this role.

Required Qualifications:EducationDegree educated in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
Experience:Experience within the Civil Engineering and/or Utilities sector will be highly regarded.
