Job Summary
The WORKFLOW Equipment Service Engineer is a skilled technical professional responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of a wide range of coffee equipment and machinery - including Übermilk, Markibar Grinders, Cinoart Automatic Tampers, etc. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Installation and Commissioning: Install and set up new equipment at customer sites, ensuring proper functionality and compliance with safety standards.
Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance.
Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions, using diagnostic tools and technical expertise.
Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and training to customers and colleagues, both on-site and remotely.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, maintenance logs, and technical reports.
Customer Service: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing excellent service and support.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience: Proven experience in equipment maintenance and repair, preferably in a field service environment.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems; proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
