Deputy General Manager Position
We are seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager to oversee the daily operations of a well-established Hotel in County Cork.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in hotel management, with excellent communication and leadership skills. They must be able to work effectively in a busy environment, ensuring the smooth running of all hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage departmental teams
* Ensure exceptional guest experience through effective communication and service delivery
* Maintain financial controls and accuracy
* Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth
* Collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
* 3-5 years' experience in hotel management, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel
* Hospitality qualification an advantage
* Excellent communication, leadership, organisation, and time management skills
* Financial experience essential
* Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel CRM systems
