Job overview and responsibilities:
Lead, direct and coach UA personnel (CSRs)
Working in Airport Lobby, Gate and Baggage Service office
Entails working with the ground handler to supervise ramp for all united flights and ensuring vendor compliance with all security requirements and regulations
Meeting, boarding flights and assisting customers wherever required
Other duties including back-office administration, full operational supervision to ensure the smooth and professional service to our customers, both internal and external
Full operation supervision and availability of vendors and ensuring compliance with all security and safety requirements and regulations
This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent school leaving certificate
Significant experience in airport operations
Proven track record of reliability
Professional image and appearance
Strong communication skills
Conflict resolution and decision making, with the ability to lead
Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
Flexible approach to work standards and duties
Public contact / customer service experience
Must be able to live and work in Ireland without visa sponsorship or support
Must be able to work any shift/any day including holidays, weekends and/or nights in a 24-hour operation
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Working knowledge of the region
International GSC qualified
