Responsibilities:

1. Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a variety of conditions within the primary care setting
2. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and evidence-based practices
3. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
4. Educate patients and their families on treatment options, self-management techniques, and preventative measures
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with professional and legal standards
6. Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities

Requirements:

* Bachelors or Masters degree in Physiotherapy
