You will join our Salesforce team within Technology Consulting, working closely with communities of technology focussed professionals who work together to deliver this change, sharing modern engineering enablement and smart automation to optimise delivery and speed to outcome.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant who excels in translating business requirements into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions. As a Functional Analyst specializing in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, you will play a critical role in guiding our clients through the implementation and optimization of Salesforce to meet their sales and customer service objectives.

Your key responsibilities
Partner with clients to understand their business objectives, processes, and pain points, and translate them into comprehensive functional requirements.
Conduct workshops and interviews with key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
Lead the design and configuration of Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud solutions, including but not limited to sales automation, lead management, opportunity management, case management, and service console customization.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic recommendations and thought leadership on how to maximize the value of Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud within their organizations.
Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for the role, you must have:
A bachelor’s degree in information systems or a related field.
4+ years of experience in functional analysis, business process optimization, and solution design, with a focus on Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud.
Strong understanding of sales and customer service processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud configuration, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and data validation.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201), Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant are highly desirable.
