This role is ideal for an individual with 5-7 years of experience, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously. A key focus will be on project enhancements to the MIS system, M&A activities, ESG initiatives, and acting as a change leader within Clanwilliam, reporting directly into the Senior Finance team.Based in Clanwilliam HQ and reporting into the Group Head of Finance, this role will entail working closely with a wide number of internal business functions such as HR, Marketing, Sales, Development and all other relevant stakeholders to support with all financial aspects of the business.RequirementsResponsibilities are included but not limited to:Lead project enhancements to the MIS system.Participate in M&A activities, including financial due diligence and integration.Assisting in the development of financial models to support decision makingEvaluating business KPIs and performance metrics.Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.Supporting the budgeting process across departments.Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.Act as a change leader, promoting best practices and continuous improvement within the finance team.About you:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, or tax roles.Preferably, but not essential, to have an accounting qualification.
