Job Title: Sous Chef
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our dynamic Kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure food is prepared and cooked in accordance with current food hygiene regulations and guidelines.
* Display creativity and passion for working with locally sourced food.
* Maintain high standards and ensure all equipment is operated, maintained, and serviced as per manufacturer's instructions and Health and Safety requirements/recommendations.
Requirements
* Good written and verbal skills.
* Experience working within a large fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work well as part of a team and take direction.
* Knowledge and experience with the preparation of a large quantity of meals.
* Valid Manual Handling and Food Safety (HACCP) Level 2 certificates.
