Key Responsibilities:
Managing the reception area, ensuring it is welcoming and well-maintained Answering incoming calls and handling customer queries in a professional manner Using internal systems to open customer accounts and check balances Providing administrative support to the General Manager, including confidential tasks such as updating bookings Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation is up to date
Candidate Requirements:
