We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Recruitment Coordinator to support our client's complex recruitment processes in Dublin. This 10-month contract opportunity offers a hybrid work arrangement with three days onsite and two days working from home.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and locations, including onsite, phone, and virtual meetings.
* Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Analyse scheduling reports to identify trends and recommend improvements for enhanced candidate experience and process efficiency.
* Coordinate travel arrangements and ensure timely SLA completion.
* Develop and maintain data on applicant tracking systems throughout the recruitment process.
* Meet and greet candidates during onsite interviews, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
* At least 2 years of experience in Recruiting Coordination.
* Bachelor's Degree required.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.
* Familiarity with HR software, coordination scheduling systems, and managing relationships with all levels of stakeholders.
* Ability to manage schedules in multiple time zones and regions, ensuring seamless coordination.
