Job Description
As a Schedule Manager in the Engineering Project Delivery Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning, qualification, validation, and start-up operations of a large portfolio of engineering projects within our pharma plant site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate general activities, organization, and scheduling within the Engineering department.
* Collaborate with Maintenance department to schedule activities during annual shutdown.
* Prioritize and schedule activities to support business needs and meet Master Production Schedule requirements.
* Interface with Operations, Planning, and all site departments to ensure successful delivery of engineering and maintenance projects.
Leadership Responsibilities:
* Report project timelines to Operations Managers and site SLT.
* Lead the introduction and adoption of best-in-class practices for project scheduling.
* Foster an environment of continuous improvement, open communication, collaboration, and teamwork.
Requirements:
* Relevant third-level qualification in Engineering, Business, or Science.
* Desirable: Qualification in Project Management/Project Scheduling, Operations experience in GMP regulated environments, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing facility experience, Primavera/MS Project experience, and Microsoft Office skills.
