We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee daily operations for our Ladder Sales and Scaffold Hiring company. As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, identifying growth opportunities, and improving efficiency.

* Familiarity with scaffolding and ladder industry is a plus.
Work Environment
The successful candidate will be based in Glasnevin with travel between locations. They will work closely with the CEO, department heads, and staff.
Salary
$60,000 - $80,000 per year (dependent on experience).
