We are focused on ensuring that each of the five pillars of our sustainability strategy are a fundamental part of our decision-making process.The roleReporting to the Learning and Development Manager, the Learning and Development Coordinator is a pivotal role within the Supply Chain, Retail and On Demand HR Team. You will play a key role in assisting in all learning and talent development offerings across Uniphar. You will support with our onboarding, graduate and in house programs and external learning vendors which will evolve our learning culture. You will collaborate across the HR team to make learning and talent initiatives happen. Additionally, you will support with digital learning and data collection.As a vital member of the Supply Chain, Retail and On Demand HR team, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to group-wide strategic HR projects, aligning with the vision and strategy to support Uniphar's growing 3000+ workforce. Key OutcomesConsistent delivery of central L&D administrative activities.Operate as the initial point of contact for L&D maintaining excellent communications with key stakeholders and escalating any complicated request to the Manager and/or Specialists.Support team colleagues with specialised projects and learning design when appropriate.Ensure the learning environment and resources support learner needs.Prepare the learning environment and resources, including setting up IT equipment where appropriate to support session structure.Support in co-delivery of learning in both formal (e.g. tutor led) and informal settings, supporting and coaching learners to develop their skills.Support with evaluating the effectiveness of learning interventions through defined KPI’s for learning programmes.Maintain appropriate records of learner development and resource allocation on our learning management system.Support the maintenance of our Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other Learning & Performance tools.Key Skills & ExperiencesExperience using/working with multiple learning technologies, including e-learning, blended programs, virtual classrooms (Microsoft Teams) and social learning.Confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders at all levels.Intuitive and able to relate to others and build rapport.Highly organised, capable of operating within multiple reporting lines and manage multiple priorities successfully.Support the Learning & Development Team with day-to-day administrative duties.Actively contribute as part of a team and work towards achieving team goals and outcomes.How we’d like to work together Due to the expected key outcomes associated with this role by its nature it will be a role based out of one of our offices across the UK or Ireland. There will be an element of hybrid working available, but this role will also involve travel to our global sites. It is important to note that we do not expect this job to be a ‘9 to 5’ type position.
