Farm Service Engineer x2
The Role:
* Service and maintain/repair existing equipment in a timely manner.
* Installation of new/ existing tanks and associated dairy equipment.
* Maintain equipment and manage stock in van, including stock takes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Run and maintain vehicle, including associated start up checks.
* Adhere to the company's health, safety, environmental and personal standards policies.
* Ensure accurate and full record keeping of all work is carried out.
* Care for tools and equipment provided, ensuring that on completion of a task that equipment and/or work area is left in a clean and safe condition.
* Work as part of an inter-dependent team with flexibility to take on all other reasonable tasks, including availability for emergency breakdown cover, and rota for weekend and evening repair work as required.
Requirements:
* Refrigeration or electrical engineering experience.
* Familiarity with farming environment and maintenance.
* Willingness to work flexible hours on occasions, such as on call rota.
* A clean driving license.
As a Farm Service Engineer, you will be integral to our tank servicing team. You will engage in preventative and reactive maintenance, respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults and carry out repairs, while also being involved in installations when required.
