Job Summary
You will be responsible for overseeing the design, installation, and delivery of projects. This includes scheduling, resourcing, budgeting, managing site personnel, and ensuring successful project delivery to a high standard within a timely manner.
Main Responsibilities
1. Lead projects from concept to completion, defining technical requirements.
2. Create and develop project plans, including timelines, costs, resources, and profitability.
3. Establish and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
4. Manage client concerns, responding thoroughly and promptly.
5. Lead, develop, and retain staff to deliver efficient and effective services.
6. Plan all resources, including labour, materials, and subcontractors.
7. Manage procurement processes, pricing contracts, projects, and tenders for Facilities Management and Project Teams.
8. Direct large teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.
9. Manage contracted personnel and third-party activities.
10. Authorise staffing requirements on site and notify HR of unscheduled absences.
11. Maintain records and provide reports on project progress to management.
12. Implement Company systems correctly at project commencement.
13. Ensure high-quality project completion, meeting Health and Safety standards and client satisfaction.
