We are seeking a proactive, high-energy candidate with proven experience in identifying customer needs and providing tailored recommendations for Investment, Life, and Pensions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, either to intermediaries or the public, and be proficient in the MS Office suite and electronic point of sale and administration systems.
Job Responsibilities: Achieve revenue and business targets across life, pension, and investment products, maintaining high standards of professionalism and advice.Conduct thorough fact-finding with customers to identify and prioritize their financial needs and objectives.Actively develop and nurture both internal and external relationships to promote the business.Adhere to defined quality standards, including processes, technology, and procedures, ensuring full compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Responsible for delivering high levels of customer satisfaction through effective interactions.Skilled in prioritizing competing tasks in a dynamic work environment.Demonstrates strong communication and organizational abilities.Capable of analyzing issues, seeking necessary support, and making informed decisions.Efficiently works towards achieving set goals and targets.Education: QFA Qualification
